Return & Refund Policy
If there is something wrong with the item or it does not fit, you may return it within 15 days of receiving it (this does NOT apply to handmade items). To do so please fill out the Contact Us form below with your full name, order number, and a description item/items you will be returning. Once doing so our team will promptly get back to you with an address you will be required to ship your items to (note: you will be required to pay the shipping cost in order for the item to be returned, however KATVIRAS will ship out an exchanged item for free). For exchanges please specify your desired size and colour.
